Shipping policy

Shipping Options
We offer flat-rate shipping to our customers through USPS and UPS, as well as upgraded shipping offerings. All orders in the Continental US under $100 (before tax) are subject to a $9.99 shipping fee. Free shipping only applies to orders in the Continental US over $100 (before tax).


We offer express shipping options (2nd Day and Next Day air shipments) through UPS. Express Shipping times are based on business days (so, do not include holidays/weekends), and apply once the order has been tendered to the shipping courier, but we will do our best to fulfill these orders promptly.

Order Processing
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will be notified by email when your order ships and provided with tracking information. If you do not receive this email within 1-3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder. Our fulfillment team is working diligently to dispatch your order. However, due to high holiday demand, there may be an extra day added to our standard processing time.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on the method of delivery and shipping destination. Holiday volume and carrier issues may result in delays, but generally, orders within the United States are received in 2-8 business days.

All prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using something like this currency converter.

Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to US Domestic (continental 48 States) orders only.

International Shipping
Kenetik orders can be shipped to most countries, and international shipping prices vary by territory. Please see shipping choices by carrier during check-out. All international orders are placed DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - this means we cover the initial cost of duty and taxes, but customers are responsible for any additional taxes incurred. International shipping times vary based on the service selected and customs processing time.

Order Modifications
If you would like to make any modifications to your order, including to the shipping address, please contact us by email (orders@drinkkenetik.com) as soon as possible after placing your order. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed/fulfilled, we are unable to make any further adjustments or changes.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives with damaged product, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make sure you're taken care of.

To help us resolve your issue quickly:

  • Include your order number

  • Attach a photo of the damaged item(s) if possible

We typically offer a refund or replacement, depending on the extent of the damage and the details provided.

Note: We’re unable to ship individual cans as replacements, but we’re committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with your experience.

Stolen or Missing Package
If your tracking information says your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please do the following before contacting us:

  • Double-check your mailbox, porch, side/back doors

  • Ask neighbors or your building manager

  • Wait a few hours — sometimes packages are scanned early

Still no sign? Reach out to our team within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

We offer courtesy replacements in eligible cases, and we may recommend using a secure delivery location or signature-required shipping for future orders to ensure safe delivery.
