Shipping Information
Kenetik offers a flat $9.99 shipping fee for orders under $100 in the Continental US, with free shipping for orders over $100. International shipping rates vary by location. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, with US delivery usually taking 2-8 business days. Express shipping options are available.
We ship to most countries internationally. These orders are placed DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), but customers are responsible for any additional taxes incurred.
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, contact orders@drinkkenetik.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
Merchandise may not be eligible for return.
